Michelle DavelaarCo-Owner

Michelle was born in Lewiston, Idaho. In 1989, she moved to Washington State, where she later met her husband, Will. She was an Idahoan at heart and soon convinced her family to move to The Treasure Valley. From 2008 to 2014, she worked in human resources and in-home care company management.

She shared her husband’s vision and set out to help create a company that viewed its team as a family. She believes that empowering and mentoring with support and care is vital to building a culture of value and success.

She is the mother of three adult children and is blessed with three grandchildren. You will often see her with her two companions, Murphy the Bichon Frise, and Ellie the Yorkie.

William DavelaarCo-Owner

Will spent his entire life immersed in property maintenance and contracting. As a child, his mother managed apartments while his father did the maintenance. As he got older, he co-owned a successful contracting company in Washington State.

In 2008, he moved to Nampa, Idaho, with his wife and three children. Eventually, they made their way out to Emmett, Idaho, to raise their family.

He had a vision of a company that would anticipate needs, meet those needs, produce quality service, and do it all with complete integrity. In 2014, in his single-car garage in Emmett, Idaho, a company was born.

He loves just about anything outdoors, he has a soft spot for animals, and has a passion for giving back to his community.

Tyler WenzelburgerMaintenance Supervisor

Tyler began working in the maintenance field with his father while in high school. He has continued working in maintenance for more than a decade. His background is a skilled mix of both Residential and Commercial Maintenance. He enjoys helping people solve problems with their homes and helping them get back to everyday living. It makes him happy when he sees their confidence that their home has been well taken care of. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and spending time outdoors.

Maria BautistaHome Services Coordinator

Maria has a background in Business Management and has always focused on providing customer service that truly makes a difference.
She enjoys working with the entire team to keep everything organized. Her focus is always on ensuring our clients receive practical and reliable solutions to each unique situation. She believes that attention to detail and a genuine heart are what set us each apart.

Tiana RifeOffice Manager

Tiana’s journey with our company started off humbly as she worked hard as a cleaner and winning the hearts of our clients. Through hard work, dedication, and absorbing everything along the way, she kept moving forward until eventually earning the title of Office Manager. She spends her days focusing on creating a supportive environment and keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine.

Outside of work, she is just as hands-on. Whether she’s camping in the great outdoors, tackling projects in building and welding, or tending to her garden, she loves creating, learning, and working with her hands. Above all, she cherishes time with her husband and kids, who inspire her every day to bring passion and care into everything she does.
